We are Protigon, and today, we will explain why YOU should invest in US for our new project in Sutton Grammar School.

Sutton Grammar School has been on this site since, 1928, and in the past 20 years multiple buildings, including the maths block, sixth form block, canteen and sports hall have been rebuilt.

And since the swimming pool was demolished, we are looking to establish a new 2 floor block, which would hold:

- A new, eco-friendly, modernized gym on the ground floor.

- We think this would highly improve the number of people wanting to use the gym and would allow more people to use it at one time.

- New toilets on the ground floor (male and female).

- 5 new classrooms (1 on the lower floor and 4 on the upper floor).

We plan for the building to be built in red bricks so that it blends into the buildings around it.

As you can see, we plan for the bottom floor to be slightly smaller in width than the first floor.

This has many benefits, including easy access to the drama studio, dt and music classrooms behind, a sheltered place for students to still enjoy fresh air if it is still raining and a shady place in the summer for students to sit down and have their lunch on benches.

Finally, we think it is a good idea to have large windows on the building to let in maximum sunlight, create a more positive experience in the classroom and reduce energy bills in the daytime.
